Amit Malviya Sues RSS Member For Rs 10 CR | BJP Denounces Claims Of Sexual Misconduct

The BJP leader Amit Malviya has filed a slander suit against a man who ostensibly said that he had “yielded to” sexual exploitation of women. On Monday the BJP IT cell chief sued Santanu Sinha, who claimed that Amit Malviya was an RSS activist, for Rs 10 CR over character assassination. Amit Malviya looked for the change of “false, and derogatory” posts from social media.

The Congress, meanwhile, has sought Malaviya’s ‘immediate removal’ from the post and has demanded an ‘independent probe’. It further accused PM Modi of ‘political patronage to the perpetrator of crime’.

Our citizens of India have claimed that Malviya indulged in “sexual exploitation of women not only in 5-star hotels but also in BJP offices in Bengal”, Supriya Shrinate the Congress leader said

“Shantanu Sinha, a member of the BJP in Bengal has alleged that Amit Malviya, the head of BJP IT Cell has indulged in nefarious activities as well as sexual exploitation of women,”  Shrinate said.

Today, In front of social media, Sinha said, I am not blaming Amit Malviya for his misconduct with women or exploiting them. I just had a question in my mind- will the Bengal leader keep allowing their posts by supplying women like Amit Malviya or any other?

“We ask one thing from the BJP: justice for women. Less than 24 hours after PM Modi’s swearing-in ceremony, claims of sexual abuse emerged against a prominent BJP figure” Supriya Shrinate said.

Shrinate wanted Malviya’s removal from his post for an impact investigation into the allegations.

In reciprocation, the BJP official has filed a suit against Sinha, the alleged victim. Malviya, through his advocate, sent a legal notice to Santanu Sinha on June 8 asking to take down the false and derogatory ” post” and also tender an unconditional apology.
