The total number of Covid cases is 4.49 crore (4,49,92,880), and the current number of active cases is 0.01 percent of all infections, according to the report.
The website of the health ministry reports that the national Covid recovery rate is 98.81%.
According to the report, there are now 4,44,58,639 persons who have recovered from the illness, and the case fatality rate is at 1.18 percent.
The Covid vaccine has now been given across the nation over 220 crore times, according to the ministry’s website.
