Mukul Roy, a top TMC leader, has been described as “untraceable” by his family since late Monday night.
According to Subhragshu, the son of the former railway minister, his father has been “missing” and “untraceable” since late Monday night.
I haven’t been able to reach my father yet. He cannot be located, according to TMC leader Subhragshu.
According to Roy’s close associates, he was due to fly to Delhi on Monday night.
“As of this now, we know he was supposed to arrive at Delhi Airport at around nine o’clock. But he cannot be located, according to a close aide.
In 2017, Roy, a former TMC number two, defected to the BJP due to disagreements with the leadership. The BJP elevated him to national vice president.
After the results were published, Roy, who ran for office on a BJP ticket in the 2021 assembly elections, switched back to the TMC.
