A suspected Pakistani drone was shot down in Amritsar near the border while carrying drugs

According to a government official on Monday, BSF personnel fired down a suspected Pakistani drone that had purportedly crossed into Indian territory close to the International Border in Amritsar, Punjab.

Around 8.50 p.m. on Sunday, BSF personnel in the village of Dhanoi Khurd in the district fired at the drone after hearing it buzz, according to a BSF official.

According to him, a bag with 2.70 kilogrammes of drugs connected to it and a quadcopter in the colour black (DJI Matrice, 300 RTK) were found in a field after a search.
