Bomb Threats Are Issued To Two Delhi Hospitals Days After City Schools Scare

Bomb Threats

Days after identical threats to more than 100 schools caused terror to sweep the National Capital Region, two hospitals in Delhi received bomb threats. Sanjay Gandhi Hospital and Burari Hospital received the threatening emails. According to reports, searches are underway at both hospitals and the police are on the scene.
Schools in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and Delhi received fictitious bomb threats last week.

On May 2, the emails were delivered to three schools in Noida and Greater Noida, five in Gurugram, and 131 schools in Delhi.

According to reports, the emails were sent to the schools from a single IP address that was probably hidden by a VPN connection. They most likely came from a Russian domain.
The culprits had used the Arabic term “Sawariim,” which is connected to ISIS propaganda and means “swords clashing.” However, investigations have concluded that ISIS is not likely to be involved.
