Budget 2024: Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated all the countrymen on Budget 2024. He said that Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and her team deserve congratulations. He said, “This budget is a budget that empowers every section of the society. This is a budget that will take the villages, poor and farmers of the country on the path of prosperity. In the last 10 years, 10 crore people have come out of the poverty line. This new middle class that has been formed, this budget is a budget of continuation of their empowerment”.
The budget gives countless opportunities to the youth
PM Modi said, “This is a budget that will give countless new opportunities to the youth. This budget will give a new scale to education and skill. This is a budget that will give new strength to the middle class. It has come with strong schemes to empower the tribal society, Dalits, backward classes. This budget will help in ensuring the economic participation of women”.
MSME will get a way to progress
He said, “With this budget, small traders and MSME will get a new way to progress. The budget has also emphasized on manufacturing and infrastructure. This will give new impetus to economic development and will also give continuity to the momentum. It provides an opportunity for employment and self-employment”.
The budget strengthens the identity of our government
PM Modi said, “This has been the identity of our government and today’s budget strengthens it further. In this budget, the government has announced the Employment Linked Incentive Scheme. This will create crores of new jobs in the country. Under this scheme, our government will give the first salary of the youth who gets the first job in life. Whether it is help for skill development and higher education or the internship scheme for one crore youth, with this the sons and daughters of the poor in the village will work in the top companies of the country. New avenues of possibilities will open in front of them”.
We have to create entrepreneurs in every village and city
He said, “We have to create entrepreneurs in every city, every village and every house and with this objective, the limit of Mudra loan without guarantee has been increased from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 20 lakh. This will promote self-employment among small businessmen – especially women, Dalit, backward and tribal families. We all have to work together to make India a global manufacturing hub. The country’s MSME sector is linked to the middle class”.
Manufacturing and export system will be taken to every district
He said, “In this budget, a new scheme has been announced to increase the ease of credit for MSME. An important announcement has been made in the budget to take the manufacturing and export system to every district. 100 units have been created for e-commerce, export hub and food quality testing. In this way, the One District One Product campaign will gain momentum”.
The budget has also brought new opportunities for startups
PM Modi said, “This budget has brought new opportunities for the innovation ecosystem for our startups. A fund of Rs 1,000 crore has been given to promote space economy. A high force of high force economy will be created. New satellite towns will be developed in the country and a transit plan has been brought for 14 big cities”.
