Skills Live 2024: Pioneering Innovation with Chief Guest H.E. Baron Alec Stern

The London Organisation of Skills Development (LOSD) is going to present Skills Live 2024, a transformative event on December 7th-8th at the Science Center, Harvard University, Cambridge, MA. Featuring dynamic 8-10 minute talks, Skills Live is a celebration of innovation, resilience, and human potential. Distinguished speakers will use compelling storytelling and nonverbal communication to inspire change and ignite new perspectives. Covering themes like Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Health Innovation, Diversity, and Emotional Intelligence, the event offers insights into overcoming challenges and shaping the future.

The London Organisation of Skills Development invited H.E. BARON ALEC STERN as a chief guest for this year’s event. H.E. Baron Alec Stern is an acclaimed entrepreneur, investor, speaker, and mentor, recognised globally as “America’s Startup Success Expert.” He co-founded or was a founding team member of eight startups, achieving five exits, including IPOs and acquisitions.

As a key figure in Constant Contact’s success, he helped grow it from a three-person attic startup to a $1.1 billion acquisition. Baron Alec has been knighted and ennobled as the Baron of Boston of Cappadocia by the Royal Order of Constantine the Great and Saint Helen for his contributions to entrepreneurship, innovation, and philanthropy. An advocate for urban innovation and nonprofit causes, he has raised millions through initiatives like the Flip Flop Regatta. A Boston-based angel investor and mentor, Alec champions innovation in SaaS, Web 3.0, and beyond.
