The London Organisation of Skills Development (LOSD) is going to present Skills Live 2024, a transformative event on December 7th-8th at the Science Center, Harvard University, Cambridge, MA. Featuring dynamic 8-10 minute talks, Skills Live is a celebration of innovation, resilience, and human potential. Distinguished speakers will use compelling storytelling and nonverbal communication to inspire change and ignite new perspectives. Covering themes like Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Health Innovation, Diversity, and Emotional Intelligence, the event offers insights into overcoming challenges and shaping the future.
The London Organisation of Skills Development invited Mayoress Jesmin Chowdhury as a Guest of Honour for this year’s event. Mayoress Jesmin Chowdhury was born in Shamshernagar, Bangladesh, and graduated from Moulvi Degree College. Since moving to the UK in 1997, she has become a dedicated member of the Harrow community, balancing her role as a nursery teacher with her responsibilities as Mayoress. As Mayoress of Harrow, Jesmin supports her husband, the Mayor of Harrow, in his civic duties, working together to promote community engagement and well-being. A proud mother of three, she is known for her compassion and commitment to education and family. Jesmin continues to inspire with her dedication to public service and nurturing young minds.
