Celebrating 10 Glorious Years of Peace Taekwondo Academy

Gurgaon, December 24, 2024 – Peace Taekwondo Academy proudly celebrated its 10th anniversary today, marking a decade of excellence, dedication, and remarkable achievements in the field of Taekwondo. The celebration was graced by esteemed guests, including Dipak Kumar Singh, Director of Bunkerhill, Shivani Aggarwal (Kukkiwon 5th Black Belt, International Referee, and Former India Coach at the 2017 Asian Cadet Championship), and Master Amit Aggarwal (Kukkiwon 6th Black Belt, India Team Selection Head for WT & Asia Online Championships, and International Referee).

Founded in 2014, Peace Taekwondo Academy has become a symbol of perseverance and success, producing world-class athletes who have consistently represented India on global platforms. Over the past decade, the academy has achieved several milestones, including:


• Representing India at Olympic Qualifications for the Paris Olympic Games 2024.
• Competing at prestigious events such as the World Championships, Para World Championships, Asian Games (Hangzhou 2022, Jakarta 2018), Grand Prix series, and the Junior World Championships.
• Securing recognition at National Games (2015, 2023), Asian Championships, and Para Asian Championships, among others.
• Hosting the National Team Training Camp for the 2023 Baku World Championship.
• Training athletes who achieved remarkable world rankings: Female athlete – World Rank 7, Male athlete – World Rank 17.

Speaking at the event, Shivani Aggarwal commended the academy for its contributions to Indian Taekwondo and its commitment to nurturing young talent. She emphasized the importance of grassroots efforts in building a strong foundation for global success. Master Amit Aggarwal praised the academy’s role in hosting national and international training camps, which have enhanced India’s competitive edge in Taekwondo.

The Peace Taekwondo Academy is not only a hub of athletic excellence but also a beacon of inspiration for aspiring athletes. By consistently producing champions and providing opportunities at both national and international levels, it has become one of the leading Taekwondo institutions in the country.
