Dr. Amol Gawande, renowned for his cerebral and creative endeavours, is celebrated for his progressive mindset and resilience. As the youngest director at Dr. D.Y. Patil B-School, Pune, he has enriched the academic fraternity for sixteen years. He holds certifications from NSE, CCC from DOECC, and Entrepreneurship Development from the Department of Science and Technology, India. Under his leadership, the school joined the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) under the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
Dr. Gawande has received numerous accolades, including “Best Director of the Year” and “Rashtriya Shiksha Gaurav Puraskar.” He has filed nine patents, with three granted, and has presented research at prestigious universities such as Harvard and MIT.
