2 Toddlers Found Dead, Mother Critical After Throat Slit in Tamil Nadu’s Tiruvallur

Two toddlers were found dead with their mouths taped in Tamil Nadu’s Tiruvallur on Tuesday. The mother of the children was also found with her throat slit and was immediately rushed to a hospital.

Dwarka Bhar, an Assamese native, formerly worked for a private corporation in Jaganathapuram where he resided with his wife Sumitha Bhar, son, 4, and daughter.

On Tuesday night, when Dwarka returned home after work, he found his family missing. His neighbors informed him that his family had gone to his friend Gudulu’s house.

When Dwarka got to his friend’s house, he discovered it was locked. He peaked through the window out of the concern and discovered his wife’s throat had been slit, along with his children who were unconscious on the floor.

Police were informed, after which they reached the spot and forced entered Gudulu’s home. Dwarka’s children were found dead on the floor with their mouths taped while Sumitha was battling for life. She was immediately rushed to the hospital.

Police suspect illegal affair to be the reason behind the crime. Four special teams have been formed to find Gudulu, who is absconding.
