In 2015, she moved to Paducah, KY, with her two children, later welcoming her husband and two bonus children in 2023. Since joining the Housing Authority of Paducah in 2017, LaToya has excelled in roles from Director of HR to her current position as Director of Finance and HR Compliance. A true servant-leader, she serves on various boards and inspires others through speaking engagements. LaToya is launching two ventures: Keep M.O.V.N., empowering individuals to realise their dreams, and The Consulting Station, offering strategic development for businesses and individuals. She believes that practicing gratitude expands our potential, embodying the spirit of 1 Thessalonians 5:18 and Luke 12:48. In her personal time, LaToya enjoys traveling, writing, artistic pursuits, and cherishing moments with her family.
