Renowned trainer, facilitator, and aviation expert Rohit Khanna has been invited to the Excellence Award 2025, hosted by the London Organisation of Skills Development (LOSD) at Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge University, UK. The prestigious event will take place virtually on March 7, 2025, recognizing industry leaders and change-makers across various fields.
With 36 years of professional experience, Rohit Khanna has made significant contributions to the field of learning and development (L&D), aviation training, and professional skills enhancement. As a Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA)-approved instructor, he has trained thousands of pilots, cabin crew, engineers, and ground staff in areas such as Safety Emergency Procedures, Crew Resource Management (CRM), Safety Management Systems (SMS), and Human Factors.
Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in aviation training and staff development, helping individuals build successful careers without bias or personal gain. His 29 years in the aviation industry include roles as a Cabin Safety Inspector with DGCA and various management positions. Beyond aviation, he is also certified in IELTS, personality development, soft skills, and communication training.
