Dear Team, Partners, and Friends,
As we gather to celebrate the Festival of Lights, Diwali, I extend my heartfelt wishes to each of you and your families for a season filled with joy, prosperity, and peace. Diwali symbolises the triumph of light over darkness and knowledge over ignorance. I feel it is a reminder of the resilience, unity, and inner strength we hold. May this festival inspire renewed hope and bring clarity to our minds, sparking creativity and compassion in everything we do.
According to Hindu calendar systems, the Vikram calendar begins with the month of Baishakh/Chaitra (April), or Kartik (October/November) in Gujarat. Saal Mubarak or Bestu Varas is celebrated as the New Year’s Day for Gujaratis and falls on the day after Diwali.
As we step into a new year , let us embrace the opportunities that await us with open hearts and a positive outlook. At London Organisation of Skills Development (LOSD), we remain committed to empowering lives and transforming communities through education and innovation. Together, let’s continue to spread the light of knowledge and bring lasting positive change. I believe that ‘By working together, we can create positive global change’.
Wishing you all a blessed Diwali and a prosperous New Year!
Warm regards,
Prof. Dr. Parin Somani
CEO and Director
