Dr . Biju Toms has a PhD, PG, and Masters in HRM from Pondicherry University, A Qualified UGC NET, BIIT From Tokyo, Japan with a Bachelors in Science from the University of Calicut. He has been a visionary leader who started the Department of Professional Studies 17 years back under the School of Commerce, Finance and Accountancy at CHRIST (Deemed to be University) having collaborations with 15 plus professional qualification body with integrated programs at Undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
He is also an advisor and panelist for the Karnataka State Government Start-Up Funding Initiative. He is associated with multiple social outreach projects to help develop ‘Rural India’ training and create job opportunities through various projects associated with rural youth development programs, under the Suraksha Chakra Indian Foundation.
