Lt Col Nasreen Fatima (Sqn Ldr Retd.) has forged an exceptional path that embodies the highest ideals of Nari Shakti, from the cockpit to the classroom, and from military strategy to spiritual healing. Her life story is an epic ode to tenacity, service, and multifaceted genius. She served as a decorated officer, mentor, spiritual leader, and beauty queen.
She is the first woman Air Force Officer to join the Territorial Army and the first Lt Col to be part of the TA Infantry. The officer had the opportunity to serve in different types of TA Units.
Her foundation was laid with values of patriotism and discipline, nurtured at Army Public School, Lucknow, and academically enriched with a Master’s in English Literature and Post Graduation in Business Management. She took flight—literally and figuratively—when she joined the Education Branch of the Indian Air Force, serving at premier units and later at the National Defence Academy (NDA), Pune.
From 2014 to 2017, Lt Col Nasreen served as a prestigious NDA Instructor, where her unwavering commitment to the nation’s youth earned her accolades, including praise from Lt Gen Satish Dua, then Chief of Integrated Defence Staff. Her passion for mentoring continues, as she served as Academic Head at Centurion Defence Academy, where she trained and inspired millions of defence aspirants, helping both men and women realize their dreams of joining the Indian Armed Forces. Her SSB interview videos have since become go-to guides on YouTube.
But the uniform couldn’t contain her talent alone.
She later worked for Bank of Maharashtra as the Zonal Security Officer for Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, combining operational security with strategic thinking. Lt Col Nasreen also entered the world of pageantry in a stunning shift of pace, becoming VG Mrs. India 2020–2021, redefining elegance with empowerment. Because of her captivating personality, she was selected to serve on the celebrity jury for the Miss & Mrs. Asia Universe 2024 (Mumbai) and Miss & Mrs. Tricity 2025 at Designer Walk (Chandigarh) pageants, which were organized by Glory International and The New Fly Organization and celebrated Indian womanhood, diversity, and leadership.
She received the Best Tarot Card Reader and Life Coach award from Forever Star India 2024, adding another feather to her already full hat. She is a talented psychic and spiritual healer who has helped thousands of people in India and overseas by providing comfort and clarity during the most trying times in life.
