Registration for JEE Advanced 2025 is now live, inviting applications from candidates who have successfully qualified JEE Main 2025. This year, the prestigious exam is being conducted by IIT Roorkee. The registration window will remain open from April 27 to May 2, 2025, and the last date for fee payment is May 3, 2025.
JEE Advanced serves as the second and crucial phase of the Joint Entrance Examination. It is the only path to secure undergraduate admission into the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs)—India’s premier engineering institutions. The exam is scheduled to be held on May 26, 2025, with admit cards available for download between May 17 and May 26, 2025.
To be eligible, candidates must be among the top 2.5 lakh rank holders in JEE Main 2025. They should have been born on or after October 1, 2000. However, age relaxations apply to candidates from reserved categories. Additionally, applicants must have passed Class 12 in 2024 or 2025 and are allowed a maximum of two attempts at JEE Advanced.

The application fee is ₹3,200 for General/OBC-NCL candidates and ₹1,600 for SC/ST/PwD/female candidates.
